Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop personalized therapy plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide therapy to patients, including treatment for communication, cognitive, or swallowing impairments.
  • Mentor and educate clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in performance improvement and process improvement activities to enhance departmental services.
  • Support and promote new services as requested, and provide ongoing input to enhance services provided by the department.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist - MN Department of Health or WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services.
  • BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource.
  • Valid Driver's License.
