Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to administer human resources policies and procedures that cover multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate will collect and analyze HR data, making recommendations to management to drive business results.

1. Implement human talent strategies, programs, and policies to ensure company objectives are met in areas such as safety, productivity, quality, customer service, sales, human capital, cost, and profitability.
2. Provide guidance to site leaders to foster a high-performance workforce and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
3. Assist with employee/labor relations, including conducting investigations, administering disciplinary action, and preparing grievance responses as needed.
4. Support effective delivery of HR services to assigned sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the Human Resources function or department.
• Ability to use and administer the organization's HR policies, strategies, and environment.
