We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Ochsner Clinic Foundation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading by example.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing direct patient care and education
  • Leading and mentoring a team of healthcare professionals
  • Collaborating with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
