We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential/Commercial Painting Independent Contractor to join our team at 360 Painting of Somerset-Mercer County.
Key Responsibilities- Paint and stain residential properties and some light commercial properties
- Meet schedule and quality standards and expectations of each customer
- Provide exceptional customer experience and quality work
- Maintain safety and job site cleanliness
- Complete necessary jobsite paperwork
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Prior painting experience and/or a growth mindset
- Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivation and self-starting abilities
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- High energy and durability
- Must have own painting equipment
