About the Role
As a Registered Nurse with CFG Health Network, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our comprehensive healthcare provider. Our team is dedicated to improving quality of life for individuals and families by providing innovative medical and mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care to meet the psychological, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
- Utilize effective communication skills to demonstrate respect, concern, and courtesy in all interpersonal relationships.
- Use current knowledge to promote a safe environment for providing healthcare to patients.
- Maintain current professional skills and continue professional growth to enhance the practice of nursing within the program and the image of the organization.
- Adhere to personnel policies to enhance the operation of the healthcare unit.
- Maintain required annual licensure and credentialing requirements for nursing personnel of the program.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A current CPR/BLS card with demonstrated and cognitive skills is required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Must conform to the security standards of the institution where employed.
