Position Overview:
The Construction Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role requiring extensive experience and a proven track record in managing teams effectively.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English; bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are advantageous.
- Valid driver's license; a Commercial Driver's License is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations as needed.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong commitment to safety and responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of climbing techniques and electrical line clearance operations.
- Familiarity with proper pruning methods.
- Proven ability as a skilled climber.
- Understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.

Work Environment:
- Regular exposure to outdoor conditions and construction sites.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Frequent interaction with mechanical equipment and tools.
