Position Overview:
The Server plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive the highest standard of service in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner. This position involves taking and delivering orders, as well as processing payments. We seek a dedicated hospitality professional who is organized, personable, and passionate about food and beverage service. As part of our service team, you will contribute to an enjoyable dining atmosphere.

  • Familiarity with the operation of the Point of Sale (P.O.S) system.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including closing checks and end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures according to established guidelines.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
  • Process soiled dishes and linens according to standards.
  • Consistently promote food, beverage, and special items to guests.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service.
