Position Overview:

We are in search of a passionate and skilled Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to enhance our vibrant legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of success in personal injury law, particularly in plaintiff-focused litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial consultations with clients to evaluate potential cases.
2. Collect and assess evidence to determine liability and damages.
3. Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

5. Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance representatives.
6. Represent clients in pre-trial hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution sessions.

8. Stay informed on the latest trends and changes in personal injury law to benefit clients and the firm.
9. Collaborate with the legal team to devise effective case strategies and enhance firm operations.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law institution.
2. Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
3. At least 5 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on plaintiff litigation.
4. Proven success in personal injury cases, including significant settlements and jury awards.
5. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of effective dispute resolution.
6. Excellent analytical skills with strategic thinking in case management and trial preparation.
