Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the Executive Chef in food preparation and overseeing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, adhering to established recipes and production standards.
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
3. Take charge of kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
4. Ensure proper food storage and handling practices are followed, complying with corporate and regulatory food safety guidelines.
5. Engage with customers to address any concerns or feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing supply orders to ensure kitchen efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a culinary leadership role is required.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
