Overview

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with hand and upper limb injuries or conditions.
  • Provide individualized treatment programs, including custom splinting and orthotics, to promote optimal recovery and function.
  • Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and best practices, incorporating evidence-based approaches into patient care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy program.
  • Specialty certification or licensure in Hand Therapy.
  • National registration and state licensure or registration required.
  • Previous experience in marketing and custom splinting, with a strong focus on hand and splinting therapy.
  • CPR certification and valid state driver's license.
