Job Title: Hollywood Sports Park Team Member

We are seeking skilled Team Members to join our team at Hollywood Sports Park. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring guests follow all rules and safety guidelines, promoting the facility and upcoming events, and creating returning customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions at a point of sale
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Enforce safety rules and perform safety rules debriefing of customers
  • Chronograph paintball and airsoft markers
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Assist guests in payment and registration
  • Enforce safety rules of the park
  • Issue rental equipment to guests
  • Perform other tasks as needed by management
Requirements:
  • Positive and cheerful attitude to achieve high levels of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, busy environment and stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to stand, sit, reach, grasp, squat, bend, and run for extended periods of time; ability to lift 25 lbs. daily
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment
  • Ability to use walkie-talkie radios and whistles
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (Saturday &/or Sunday)
  • Computer proficiency
  • Willingness to cross-train between different positions
  • Paintball and/or airsoft experience preferred but not required
