About the Role

CORBETT'S is a unique and vibrant dining destination that combines a beautiful restaurant with an exciting beer garden. We are looking for a talented Restaurant Ambassador to join our team and create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the flow of guests, and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout your shift. You will work closely with our server and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Manage reservations, assign tables, and maintain efficient seating.
  • Provide accurate wait times and keep guests informed of the status of their table.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth seating process.
  • Present menus, escort guests to their tables, and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
