Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Hospitality Expert - Bartending to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. This role will involve preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems, issuing, opening, and serving wine/champagne bottles, setting up and maintaining cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, and more.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related work experience and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare drink orders: Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
  2. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles: Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles to guests.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar: Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  4. Stock supplies: Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies as needed.
  5. Transport supplies: Transport supplies to bar set-up area.
  6. Wash soiled glassware: Wash soiled glassware and remove it from the bar top and tables.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • License or Certification: None required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $11.40 per hour and may provide additional benefits such as earned paid time off and/or sick leave, stock purchase plan, discounts at Marriott properties, commuter benefits, employee assistance plan, childcare discounts, and other wellness benefits.
