Maintenance Porter

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Porter to join our team at SP+. As a key member of our facility operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall success of our business.

• Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and emptying trash cans, to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including oil absorbent application and bulb replacement, to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• Reporting and Documentation: Accurately record and report maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance and customer interactions, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
• License: Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly, and to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in temperature and humidity.
