Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments and complete physical examinations, collect clinical data, and prepare patients for tests, therapy, or treatments.
- Order and interpret medical laboratory test results, diagnose medical conditions, administer medications or treatments, and perform minor surgery.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including ordering diagnostic tests, consultations, and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York.
- Successful completion of ACLS, BLS, and ATLS certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
