Ambulatory Department Support Specialist

About the Position: This full-time position offers a salary range of $65,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; Identify and prioritize patient needs and develop effective care plans; Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals; Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment; Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality in all interactions; Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing, LPN licensure in the State of NH, BLS certification, and area of interest in nursing are mandatory for this role.
