About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you'll be responsible for treating patients with general orthopedic conditions, spine issues, chronic pain, and post-operative conditions. You'll interpret the results of initial evaluations, determine patient goals, and develop treatment plans. You'll also modify treatment plans as needed and utilize appropriate treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret results of initial evaluations and determine patient goals
  • Develop and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Utilize appropriate treatment techniques
  • Participate in teaching opportunities or clinical education of students
  • Inter-disciplinary program planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program
  • Valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit
  • Experienced and new graduate Physical Therapist eligible
  • Knowledgeable in anatomy/physiology, evaluation, and therapy, theoretical concepts and techniques, current materials and technological advances, and new professional trends
  • Ability to effectively provide quality service to impaired individuals and communicate effectively with staff, peers, patients, families, physicians, and all internal/external customers
