The Safety Specialist at STARS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH GROUP is accountable for providing a secure and supportive environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
This role involves conducting thorough security checks, screening clients/visitors for contraband, and monitoring surveillance equipment.
The Safety Specialist also controls access to the center, answers/directs incoming clients, and responds to fires and/or emergencies at the center.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of clients, visitors, and staff
- Screen clients/visitors for contraband and inventory client property
- Control access to the center and respond to emergencies
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
