Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, ensuring passengers reach their destinations on time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, offering directions, and ensuring each interaction is a positive experience.
  • Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
  • Be punctual, wear a uniform, and possess a valid state-issued driver's license while on duty.
  • Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
  • Communicate with the garage office about debris, water, oil spills, and other issues.
  • Assist with other duties as needed, such as substituting for cashiers or valets.

Requirements:

  • Less than High School education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid CDL Class A or B Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement.
  • DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10's and 100's.
