Key Responsibilities- Assist with basic patient care activities, including toileting, peri care, and feeding, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Administer medications as prescribed by a healthcare provider.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
