Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pathologist to join our team at WellSpan Health in Gettysburg and Waynesboro, PA. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a community hospital setting with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be board certified in AP/CP Pathology and have a strong background in pathology services. They will assist in the supervision and direction of activities relating to the Laboratory in accordance with accepted national standards and policies of the Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pathology services
  • Assist in the supervision and direction of laboratory activities
  • Act as Chief Pathologist in their absence

Requirements

  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD)
  • Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon upon hire
  • Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology or the American Osteopathic Board of Pathology
  • Completion of a Pathology residency
