About the Role:
Bechtel Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Night Shift Site Manager to oversee the construction activities of a large-scale LNG production and export facility in Port Arthur, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring project operations are compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget, and that clients are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the organization and direction of construction and related activities of a single construction project, including actions of Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and their representatives.
Act as primary client contact for all project field activities.
Oversee total site management including supervision of construction craft personnel, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, finance and accounting services, and craft resource personnel as applicable.
Maintain client relationship and is the primary contact for client's communication with the field activities and effective relation with other functional departments.
Coordinates all project contractual activities and participates in the development of contract, subcontract, or vendor scopes of work, budgets, contract formation, and negotiations.
Requirements:
Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years of relevant work experience.
5+ years of construction management experience on direct hire projects, preferably in a lump-sum environment.
Demonstrated planning and scheduling, procurement, and contracting experience.
Experience on an LNG construction site especially along the U.S. Gulf Coast.
