Job Overview

As a Virtual Special Education Teacher with ProCare Therapy, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of students with special needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality virtual instruction, creating personalized learning plans, and fostering a supportive and inclusive online community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging virtual lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with parents and other educators to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field and hold a valid teaching certification in Special Education from the state of Nebraska. Proven experience in virtual instruction, strong understanding of IEPs, excellent communication skills, technological proficiency, and adaptability are essential.
