  • Follow established operational policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and maintain consistent attendance.
  • Foster a positive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities

The Barista is responsible for the setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of the Reserve Shop. This role involves preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks and ensuring that work areas and equipment are kept organized, clean, and sanitary. The Barista serves as a representative of the brand, delivering professional and friendly service to all guests.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and legibly.
  • Basic arithmetic skills are necessary.
  • Previous training in guest relations is preferred.
