Key Responsibilities
  • Handling high volumes of online and offline enquiries via phone and email
  • Investigating and resolving complex queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence
  • Working towards achieving both your KPIs and driving your team's revenue, acquisition, and retention targets
  • Identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients
  • Partnering with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations

Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience across the insurance industry or at a financial services organisation
  • Sound understanding of Commercial Insurance across multiple lines, ideally in Professional Indemnity, Cyber, and Business Insurance policies
  • Tier 1 Compliance qualified
  • Residential Strata Insurance experience preferred
