Compassionate Home Healthcare Professionals Sought

We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and caring licensed/certified nurses to join our rapidly growing team of multi-discipline professionals. Our home healthcare agency is Joint Commissioned Accredited and a nationally recognized 5 Star rated organization.
**Job Title:** Home Health RNs and LVNs
**Location:** Webb County, Texas
**Shifts:** Part-Time day, evening, or weekend shifts in our Home Health Department. Some On-Call shifts required.
**Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)
We are looking for individuals who are flexible with their availability and accountable with their work performance. Candidates must be registered/licensed with a state board of nursing; have a valid CPR/First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association; and have the ability to pass a mandated criminal background check.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual (with the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish)
- Familiarity with assessing vital signs including blood pressure, heart rate, respirations, and temperature
- High level of patience, empathy, and compassion
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new situations
**Preferred Qualities:
- Experience providing home health or private duty services in a home setting
- Experience providing care and support to clients of any age requiring ventilatory management, I.V. Therapy including PICC Lines, or VAC/Wound therapy area plus
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate documentation
