As a Flight Attendant at Endeavor Air, you will ensure a safe and unforgettable onboard experience for every passenger, every day, on every flight by fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. We seek service-oriented individuals who are passionate about customer service and assisting others.
Our Comprehensive Flight Attendant Training Package Includes:
- Training compensation of $1,500, distributed in two payments, subject to applicable taxes
- Transportation to and from training in Minneapolis
- Single-occupancy hotel accommodations, including shuttle service to the Endeavor Learning Center
- Lunch provided on training days at the Endeavor Learning Center
- Complete uniform package valued at $680
- iPhone 12 SkyPro device and accessories for use during training and after graduation, valued at $1,000
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by delivering top-notch service on our aircraft.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and composure at all times.
- Adhere to established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations. Respond effectively in emergency situations and provide emergency medical assistance as needed.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, and manage transactions for purchased items.
- Assist customers with luggage, including lifting and stowing items in overhead compartments.
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance, particularly to those requiring special support.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, making public address announcements and providing safety demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Work independently and collaboratively to complete tasks.
- Adapt to changing work conditions and manage time effectively to meet work assignments.
- Utilize computers and basic software programs for communication and task completion.
- Stay informed on company communications to implement the latest updates.
- Complete necessary paperwork and reports regarding incidents or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to report to your assigned base within two hours.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; a BA/BS degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Possession of a valid passport and necessary travel documents.
- Compliance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and personal appearance.
- Willingness to serve various food and beverage items.
- Ability to complete four weeks of Flight Attendant Initial Training.
- Familiarity with mobile devices is essential.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Capacity to open emergency exits and close aircraft doors weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Height must not exceed 71.5 inches without shoes.
- Ability to reach overhead and retrieve items.
- Capability to work in confined spaces and respond to communications in high-noise environments.

USD $25.46/Hr.
Maximum Position Pay Range:
USD $48.48/Hr.
