Job Overview

Getting Ready Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Day Treatment Qualified Professional to join our team. This dynamic individual will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to clients, empowering them to achieve success in their personal and professional lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily psychoeducational/psychotherapeutic groups and activities, developing and implementing Person-Centered Plans, and collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Group Facilitation: Lead daily groups for up to 6 clients, promoting social skills, coping strategies, and emotional intelligence.
  • Case Management: Coordinate Child and Family Team meetings, develop and implement Person-Centered Plans, and provide referrals and linkages as needed.
  • Familial Support: Foster strong relationships with clients' families and caregivers, encouraging involvement and collaboration in the treatment process.
