Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to key stakeholders and internal customers.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management to ensure projects are clearly identified.
  • Inspect, assess, and develop written scopes of work and specifications for defined projects.
  • Conduct field surveys, prepare engineer's estimates, review plans, and develop professional service contracts.
  • Review competitive bids, specifications, and provide technical expertise during the pre-bid and procurement process.
  • Manage construction and service contracts, change orders, generate punch lists, and facilitate pay applications.
  • Assist other Facilities professionals with project management as required.
Requirements
  • A U.S. citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker.
  • An undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related field of study, or six (6) years of applicable experience in public works operations.
  • A Motor Vehicle Operator's license valid in the state of Missouri.
  • The ability to lift and handle a minimum of 75 lbs.
