• Assess guest needs and provide personalized recommendations on drink selections and menu items.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Develop strong rapport with guests and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Maximize revenue potential through up-selling and promoting menu items.
• Collaborate with management to ensure seamless service and high-quality standards.

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory tracking and ordering processes.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work well under pressure.
