Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer service and support
  • eCommerce order fulfillment
  • Filling and restocking coffee bins
  • Inventory management

Necessary Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office products and shipping software
