• Provide quality care in post-acute facilities as a Registered Nurse
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to develop care plans and observe outcomes
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring best options for residents
• Set up and monitor medical equipment, ensuring proper use
• Draw fluids, such as blood and urine, for lab work
• Administer treatments and medications to residents, ensuring proper protocols
• Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
• Work with residents and family members to determine best care options
• Supervise and train nursing and other staff, as needed
• Document patient histories and interventions accurately
• Participate in incident investigations

• Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Diploma from an approved nursing program
• 4+ months of post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience
• Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
