Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in the Progressive Care Unit.
About the Role:- Assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Direct care, provide education, and seek resources at the unit/department level to ensure safe, timely, efficient, effective patient-centered quality outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care and related data.
- Collaborate with patients, families, patient care teams, and community/regulatory agencies to ensure safe, timely, efficient, effective patient-centered quality outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC certification, as required by facility or department.
- Three (3) years of experience in acute care setting.
