We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our production activities. This role will involve managing a team and ensuring efficient work processes while maintaining high quality and low scrap rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production associates to ensure efficient work processes and high-quality output.
  • Ensure associates adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Develop expertise in machinery operation and maintenance.
  • Coach, train, and develop new employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Evaluate processes and suggest improvements to optimize production efficiency.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the production team.

Requirements:

  • Background in mechanical engineering or experience operating machinery.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong leadership, development, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with screen printing, digital printing, or laser engraving is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
