About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Service Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing maintenance on tires, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles
  • Perform routine tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Provide a world-class customer experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in tire service or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
