About the Role:

• The successful candidate will provide direct patient care and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• They will assess patient needs, plan care, implement and evaluate medical and nursing regimens in accordance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans that meet patient needs.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 per annum.
