Coffee Connoisseur

At IR Management LLC, we're seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our guests.

• Prepare and Serve Coffee Beverages: Create a variety of coffee drinks to our guests' specifications, using high-quality ingredients and precise techniques.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and ensure a positive experience in our coffee bar.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the coffee bar and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Assist with Inventory and Supply Management: Help maintain adequate levels of coffee, supplies, and equipment to meet guest demand.

• Positive Attitude and Teamwork: Demonstrate a positive energy and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals.
• Flexibility and Availability: Be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous Experience in the Industry: Possess at least one year of experience in a related role, such as a restaurant or coffee shop.
• Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, colleagues, and management.
