We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Senior Operations Manager, Manufacturing. This pivotal position will oversee industrial readiness across the Value Stream for our Military Engines development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
In this prominent role, you will:
- Ensure delivery assurance and supply chain management while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate closely with research and development teams to drive quality and cost objectives.
- Manage critical engineering modifications to meet program deadlines.
- Support program activities by coordinating the industrial plan with various stakeholders.
- Monitor performance through Key Process Indicators and delivery metrics.
- Engage with subject matter experts in design and manufacturing engineering to resolve challenges.
- Travel up to 25% regionally and domestically.
Qualifications Required:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations management; or a Master's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of strategic business implications and experience working with executive leadership.
- Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP/MRP systems.
- Eligibility to obtain a secret security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with:
- A Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
