Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective sales support.
  • Provide tailored assistance to customers both in-store and via phone by understanding their requirements and suggesting relevant products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
  • Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with company policies.
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Keep precise records of work orders and product formulas.
  • Select suitable products from the sales floor or storage area.
  • Mix and match products as necessary to fulfill customer specifications.
  • Organize shelves and design product displays.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery operations when required.
  • Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and engage customers in discussions about options.
  • Follow inventory management procedures.
  • Propose strategies to improve sales performance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Competent in tinting paint according to customer color specifications.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish.
