We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As an Acute Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in hemodialysis and critical care nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience with at least 6 months in hemodialysis, critical care nursing preferred.
