About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team at SSM Health. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Assess daily dialysis patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes for dialysis patients.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement activities, including data collection and analysis, to drive continuous improvement in patient care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain ownership of compliance initiatives.
  • Leadership and Education: Provide input for hiring, training, and developing staff, and participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of registered nurse experience, preferably in dialysis or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
