Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including asset management, customer growth, revenue generation, associate development, and inventory control.
- Financial Management: Ensure accurate financial reporting, manage inventory, and protect store assets.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service standards, authorize returns, and build strong relationships with customers.
