About the Role

Gordon Food Service is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of facilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in an industrial setting
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
