About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team of professionals in Lincolnshire Primary Schools. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the EYFS curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to create a supportive learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Provide individual and group support to students, assisting them with their learning activities and assessing their progress.

Requirements

  • Child workforce enhanced DBS - on the Update Service.
  • A Level 2 or 3 Certificate in School Supporting Teaching and Learning.
  • Childcare and Education Level 3 Diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Be patient, empathic, and caring when supporting the individual needs of young learners.
