Job Title: Radiation Technologist - Catheterization Laboratory

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Radiation Technologist to join our team in a Catheterization Laboratory setting. As a Radiation Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of radiation in medical imaging procedures.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Radiation Technologist to work in a fast-paced Catheterization Laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiation safety, medical imaging, and patient care. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit.
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transports patients as needed.
Requirements:
  • One to three years experience as a Radiation Technologist preferred.
  • Other certifications may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
