About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our team at Edwards Vacuum. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers, ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our vacuum equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, sales teams, and service organizations on the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Edwards Vacuum equipment.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to resolve complex equipment issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges, and develop innovative solutions to improve equipment performance and customer experience.
  • Lead and participate in technical meetings and training sessions to ensure that site teams are aware of technical issues and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • AS degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field, or 4+ years' related technical experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in the vacuum industry, with a strong understanding of vacuum equipment and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
