Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial demolition experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with all phases of demolition, including interior/selective demolition to total mass structural demolition.
  • State Commercial Demolition experience required.
  • Ability to lead a team and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
