Construction Safety Manager

The Role We Want You For: As a Construction Safety Manager, you will support the Project Staff and Clayco's safety team in executing corporate safety and health standards and procedures in compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements.
- Assist in developing project safety programs.
- Conduct jobsite orientations for new project employees.
- Attend initial meetings with project staff and subcontractor representatives.
- Manage larger projects up to $160M.
- Interface with clients.
- Supervise other Clayco Safety Supervisors on the project.
- Conduct pre-planning safety meetings with subcontractors.
- Establish regular safety meetings.
- Facilitate training for site personnel.
- Review subcontractor safety programs.
- Conduct daily and weekly jobsite inspections.
- Record and prepare reports of violations.
- Stop any unsafe acts or practices.
- Assist in establishing fire prevention procedures.
- Investigate incidents and generate reports.
- Maintain required safety records.
- Conduct monthly overview safety meetings.
