Shop Technician

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Shop Technician to join our team at Workover Solutions. As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for promoting and pursuing new business opportunities for our newly incorporated product line in the North Eastern USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive WOS efforts to promote and pursue new business opportunities for the newly incorporated product line.
• Promote and develop a culture of superior service quality to support customer needs and relations.
• Fully comply with ISO and API QHSE standards and work methods.
• Ensure that service quality is maintained during operations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and perform sales calls when necessary.
• Work at the shop and ensure that all job procedures are followed.
• Be in direct contact with the District Manager to ensure jobs are completed with the highest degree of service quality.
• Provide feedback to the Shop Manager on tool performance.
• Ensure all reporting requirements are done in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Mount, install, align, and secure tools.
• Monitor operations and ensure that machines are working properly.
• Conduct inspections of products or processes to evaluate quality or performance.

Requirements:

Must be able to work at the shop and ensure that all job procedures are followed.

Must be able to provide feedback to the Shop Manager on tool performance.

Must be able to ensure all reporting requirements are done in a timely manner.

Must be able to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment:

Work will be performed at the shop and may require travel to customer sites.
