**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at ConAm Management Corporation. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned properties, including common areas and resident apartments.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Restock supplies and amenities as needed.
- Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in general housekeeping.
- Ability to use simple tools and power tools, such as paint brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, solvents, cleaners, tape, and coverings.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility with schedule and ability to participate in on-call rotation.
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
